The Artist
Born in France in the 1970s, SJ is a self-taught artist whose creative universe is built at the intersection of design, photography and visual arts.
A passionate traveler, he draws his inspiration from the beauty of the world, from light, shapes, materials - but also from the subtle invisible energy that each element of the Earth carries within it.
For SJ, everything emits a vibration: a tree, an animal, an object, a building, a breath of wind. He absorbs these forces, which he feels almost instinctively, and lets them guide his creative process.
This intuitive and sensitive approach allows him to develop a broad, open and welcoming vision of creation, where disciplines meet and nourish each other.
Heavily influenced by modern art, SJ dares to juxtapose different worlds, creating a dialogue between graphic rigor and spontaneity, realism and imagination, materiality and spirituality. He thus creates his own reality, an aesthetic language where light, color, and energy respond to one another.
Commitment, bestiary and homage to life
Since 2014, SJ has been developing a fantastical bestiary inspired by the animal world: a pink elephant, a multicolored zebra, a spotless giraffe, or a unicorn… Creatures reinvented as sculptures, objects of contemplation, or companions. Far from the trophies of the past, his works celebrate life, its magic, and its innocence. No animal is harmed; quite the contrary: each piece is an offering, a tribute to the life force that flows through all forms of existence.
Committed to environmental protection, SJ donates a portion of its proceeds to organizations dedicated to climate, wildlife, and flora. Each piece tells a story—real or imagined—and reflects its desire to reconnect humanity with the natural world and the energies that flow through it.
Always on the move, he travels the world in search of new vibrations, new encounters, new inspirations that will nourish the creative impulse of his works.
Her works, created in a state close to meditation, reflect this search for inner and outer harmony. They are conceived as energetic objects, benevolent presences capable of elevating the atmosphere of a place, creating an anchor point, and reminding us of the fragile yet fundamental link between humanity, life, and the Earth.
SJ creates a world where dream, vibration and respect for life come together.
A universe where art becomes a space for healing, contemplation and reconnection.
